congratulates Gastón Insaurraga for his having been selected by Universidad Torcuato Di Tella to represent that renowned university in the third edition of the GTTC Universities Project. An initiative to promote debate and research in “The Impact of the Multilateral Instrument (MLI) on the Countries’ Tax Treaty Policies” among university students. For its third edition, 25 universities representing 25 countries worldwide have been invited to do research in this topic. From the working papers received, IBFD will recognize the 2 most outstanding papers which will be presented at the 2019 conference in Amsterdam.
